Australia Post Delays due to Covid19
PO Box / Parcel Locker shipment delays with Australia Post.
To avoid delays please provide a street address for StarTrack delivery. StarTrack is an express service.
Please be aware, Australia Post is experiencing significant delays at the moment due to COVID19.
We will continue to offer PO Box shipping using the Australia Post EParcel system. Do be aware this is not an express service. Parcel deliveries with Australia Post are taking much longer than normal and can be over two weeks before delivery.
We recommend providing a street address for delivery purposes. If you provide a street address we are able to dispatch your parcel with StarTrack couriers, which is an express service.
