Please be aware there are delays in PO Box and Parcel Locker shipping.
To avoid delays please provide a street address for StarTrack delivery. StarTrack is an express service.
Shipping To PO Boxes
Please be aware, Australia Post is experiencing significant delays at the moment due to COVID19.
We will continue to offer PO Box shipping using the Australia Post EParcel system. Do be aware this is not an express service. Parcel deliveries with Australia Post are taking much longer than normal and can be over two weeks before delivery.

Australia Post is experiencing domestic and international delivery delays. This is due to limited flights and because of social distancing requirements. There is increased parcel volumes in the network. Delays are frustrating we know. But they are doing everything they can to deliver as safely and quickly as possible to po boxes, parcel lockers and street addresses. We’re asking you to keep this in mind when requesting shipment to your post office box or parcel locker.
