Do you accept phone or fax orders?
Skip the call, shop online! We can’t accept phone or fax orders due to our secure payment system, but our online store is open 24/7 for your convenience.

How do I find the Cartridges or product I want to order?
Find your perfect match in seconds! Use the search box to quickly locate cartridges by entering your cartridge number or machine model number.

Do I receive an Invoice for my order?
Emailed directly: Once your order is packed and shipped, we’ll send an invoice straight to your email along with your parcel tracking information. Keep an eye out for it! It’s also accessible online. Access your invoice anytime by logging into your account.

Can you deliver to my PO Box?
Sorry no, we do not ship to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.

How long will delivery take?
As a general guideline, most deliveries to major cities will take 1-2 business days, whilst it could take up to 5 business days for more remote areas. Large and bulky items will take longer to delivery due to the size the weight of the item. All delivery time frames provided at Inkjet Online are an estimate and do not account for unforeseeable circumstances which may affect the delivery of your parcel.

Same Day Dispatch
All in stock orders placed before 2pm AEDT (excluding weekends and public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm AEDT will be dispatched the next business day.

Authority to Leave
If you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.

Address details
Please ensure all your address details are correct. Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied will incur a $10.95 re-processing fee. Inkjet Online does not offer re-delivery of parcels. You must provide an appropriate shipping address or collect your parcel from a collection point.

Courier attempted delivery
If the courier has attempted delivery of your parcel and your were not home, your parcel will be taken to a collection point. It is your responsibility to collect your parcel. Please check your tracking details which were sent to you via email. Couriers will not necessarily leave a card at your address.

Payment Options
Online Payments: Make your payment online using your credit card or debit card using our stripe online payment processor. Stripe’s platform meets the highest certification standards. This is the most convenient way to purchase our products. Orders can be processed immediately. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Make your payment with an electronic funds transfer. If you’re not comfortable using a credit card online, we happily accept this option for payment of your order.

Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve made payment?
While we understand the desire for flexibility, due to our commitment to efficient order processing and fast delivery times, changes or cancellations after payment confirmation are unfortunately not possible.

Do you offer accounts?
At this time we require payment before orders are dispatched.

Product is out of stock
We prioritise getting your money back quickly if your order is out of stock.
While we strive to keep our inventory accurate, sometimes an item you order might be unavailable. In those cases, we’ll process a refund on the same day of your order to get your money back to you as soon as possible.
However, please note that it might take a couple of business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement. This depends on your bank’s processing times, which are unfortunately outside of our control.

Prices at Inkjet Online are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make amendments to the prices or information at any time without prior notice whether to amend typographical errors or adjust our costs based on supplier price changes.
