Inkjet Online is an online printer supplies shop – we don’t have a bricks and mortar shop front. We have warehouses in all major cities ready to dispatch your printer supplies and office stationery. We have been supplying our customers for over 22 years.

Costs
Free delivery on purchases over $85*. If your order is under $85, a standard shipping fee of $10.95 will be applied.
* Printers / Bulky Items – orders for printers and bulky items are not eligible for free delivery – a fee of $12.95 is applicable.

Delivery Times
As a general guideline, most deliveries to major cities will take 1-2 business days, whilst it could take up to 5 business days for more remote areas. Large and bulky items will take longer to delivery due to the size the weight of the item. All delivery time frames provided at Inkjet Online are an estimate and do not account for unforeseeable circumstances which may affect the delivery of your parcel.

PO Box / Parcel Locker / Parcel Collect
Sorry, we no longer send orders to PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses. This is due to a number of factors. Over the last 24 months we have been absorbing the extra costs involved to provide customers this option through the StarTrack courier network so orders were received in a reasonable time frame. We simply cannot absorb the extra fees involved to provide this option. As the Australia Post eparcel system has been overwhelmed, delivery times have simply blown out considerably and is not a viable option for our company and customers.

Authority to Leave
If you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.

Tracking
Once your order has been processed by our team your parcel tracking details will be provided along with your Invoice via email. Please refer to your tracking details when tracing your parcel. Couriers will not necessarily leave a card at your property.

Address details
Please ensure all your address details are correct. Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied will incur a $10.95 re-processing fee. Inkjet Online does not offer re-delivery of parcels. You must provide an appropriate shipping address or collect your parcel from a collection point.

Courier attempted delivery
If the courier has attempted delivery of your parcel and your were not home, your parcel will be taken to a collection point. It is your responsibility to collect your parcel. Please check your tracking details which were sent to you via email. Couriers will not necessarily leave a card at your address.

Prices
Prices at Inkjet Online are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make amendments to the prices or information at any time without prior notice whether to amend typographical errors or adjust our costs based on supplier price changes.
