Printer Delivery
Printers to Street Addresses

- Flat-rate delivery for printers to eligible street addresses.
- Free shipping does not apply to printer orders.
- Remote-area freight may require confirmation before dispatch.
Special-freight products: Some oversized, heavy or remote-area
deliveries may require an additional freight quote. We will contact you before
dispatch if the checkout rate does not cover the required carrier charge.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
PO Box and Parcel Locker Delivery
Our standard courier service cannot deliver directly to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Locked Bags or similar postal addresses. These orders require a different carrier service and additional delivery charges apply.
Why are these delivery rates different?
PO Box and Parcel Locker consignments cannot travel through our normal street-address courier network. They must be transferred through the appropriate postal delivery service, which results in a higher freight cost.
Free shipping is not available for PO Box, Parcel Locker, Locked Bag, Private Bag or Parcel Collect addresses.
Where possible, entering a residential or business street address will provide access to our standard courier rates.

printer carton through the postal delivery network.
Order Processing
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Same-Business-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, are usually dispatched the same business day.
Metro Delivery
Most metro deliveries arrive within approximately 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Regional & Remote Delivery
Regional and remote deliveries usually take approximately 2–5 business days, although some locations may take longer.
Printers & Larger Parcels
Printer and special-freight orders may take slightly longer depending on warehouse location, destination and carrier availability.
Delivery partners: Orders may be sent with StarTrack,
Australia Post or another trusted courier depending on the destination,
warehouse and parcel size.
Important Information
Delivery Policies
Authority to Leave
You may authorise the carrier to leave your parcel without a signature. Once delivered, responsibility for loss, theft or damage passes to the recipient.
Correct Address Details
Please check your delivery address carefully. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur an $11.95 re-processing fee.
Missed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful, check your tracking information. Your parcel may be redirected to a depot, post office or collection point.
Delivery Tracking
Tracking details are emailed after your order has been dispatched. Some carriers may not leave a physical calling card.

Do you offer local pickup?
Inkjet Online is an online store and all orders are dispatched for delivery.

Orders are placed securely through our website for accurate payment, tracking and processing.
How do I find the correct cartridges?
Use our Search by Printer tool or enter your cartridge code in the website search bar.
Will I receive a tax invoice?
Yes. Your invoice is emailed after dispatch and may also be available through your online account.
Checkout Information
Payments & Orders
- Secure card payments are accepted through Stripe using Visa or Mastercard.
- Direct bank transfer, also known as EFT, is also available.
- Payment is required before an order can be dispatched.
- Credit accounts are not offered.
- Orders may not be able to be changed or cancelled after payment has been confirmed and processing has commenced.
- All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Product availability and pricing may change without notice, and genuine website pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed promptly,
although your financial institution may take several business days to display
the funds in your account.
