⚡ Dispatch & delivery times
- Orders placed before 2 pm AEDT (Mon–Fri, excl. holidays) are usually dispatched the same day.
- Typical delivery: 1–2 business days metro, 2–5 days regional or remote.

Do you have a store for pickup?
No. Inkjet Online is an online store — all orders are delivered to your door.
Can I order by phone?
Orders are placed securely online 24/7 for fast processing and tracking.
How do I find my cartridges?
Use our Search by Printer tool or enter your cartridge code in the search bar.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are emailed once your order has shipped and are also available in your account.
📦 Delivery policies
🔒 Authority to leave
You can authorise delivery without a signature at checkout. This is at your own risk for loss or theft after delivery.
🏠 Address details
Incorrect or incomplete addresses incur an $11.95 re-processing fee. Couriers do not re-deliver — parcels must be collected from the depot or collection point if delivery fails.
🚛 Missed delivery
If you miss a delivery, please check your tracking email. Couriers may not leave cards; your parcel will be held for collection.
💳 Payment & orders
- Pay securely via Stripe (Visa & MasterCard)
- Direct bank transfer (EFT) also accepted
- Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once payment is confirmed
- Pre-payment required — no credit accounts offered
🔄 Refunds & prices
- Refunds for out-of-stock items are processed the same day (banks may take several days to show the credit)
