- Free shipping does not apply.
PO Box / Parcel Locker
From $11.95
- $11.95 when order is $199+.
- $23.90 when order is under $199.
- $37.90 for bulky or printer deliveries.
Free street delivery excludes PO Box, Parcel Locker, Locked Bag addresses, printers and bulky items. A surcharge applies because carriers bill separate consignments to PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
- Orders placed before 2pm AEDT, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, are usually dispatched the same day.
- Typical delivery is 1–2 business days to metro areas and 2–5 business days to regional or remote areas.
- Printers and bulky items may take slightly longer depending on your location and carrier availability.
Carriers: Orders may ship with StarTrack, Australia Post or trusted courier partners depending on your location and parcel size.

Do you have a store for pickup?
No. Inkjet Online is an online store and all orders are delivered to your door.
Can I order by phone?
Orders are placed securely online 24/7 for fast processing and tracking.
How do I find my cartridges?
Use our Search by Printer tool or enter your cartridge code in the search bar.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are emailed once your order has shipped and are also available in your account.
Delivery Policies
Authority to leave
You can authorise delivery without a signature at checkout. This is at your own risk for loss or theft after delivery.
Address details
Incorrect or incomplete addresses incur an $11.95 re-processing fee. Couriers do not re-deliver. Parcels must be collected from the depot or collection point if delivery fails.
Missed delivery
If you miss a delivery, please check your tracking email. Couriers may not leave cards and your parcel may be held for collection.
Payment & Orders
- Pay securely via Stripe using Visa or MasterCard.
- Direct bank transfer, also known as EFT, is accepted.
- Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once payment is confirmed.
- Pre-payment is required. Credit accounts are not offered.
Refunds & Prices
- Refunds for out-of-stock items are processed the same day, although banks may take several days to show the credit.
- All prices are in AUD and include GST.
- Pricing and availability may change without notice. Errors may be corrected at our discretion.
