Delivery Times
As a general guideline, most deliveries to major cities will take 1-2 business days, whilst it could take up to 5 business days for more remote areas. Large and bulky items will take longer to delivery due to the size the weight of the item. All delivery time frames provided at Inkjet Online are an estimate and do not account for unforeseeable circumstances which may affect the delivery of your parcel.
PO Box / Parcel Locker / Parcel Collect
Sorry, we do not ship to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.
Authority to Leave
If you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
Tracking
Once your order has been processed by our team your parcel tracking details will be provided along with your Invoice via email. Please refer to your tracking details when tracing your parcel. Couriers will not necessarily leave a card at your property.
Address details
Please ensure all your address details are correct. Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied will incur a $11.95 re-processing fee. Inkjet Online does not offer re-delivery of parcels. You must provide an appropriate shipping address or collect your parcel from a collection point.
Courier attempted delivery
If the courier has attempted delivery of your parcel and your were not home, your parcel will be taken to a collection point. It is your responsibility to collect your parcel. Please check your tracking details which were sent to you via email. Couriers will not necessarily leave a card at your address.
