Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4835 Colour Multi-Function Printer
The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4835 is a high-performance 4-in-1 printer designed for demanding home offices and small businesses. With fast print speeds, large dual paper trays and advanced document handling, it delivers outstanding productivity for everyday and complex jobs.
Featuring auto 2-sided printing, copying, scanning and faxing, the WF-4835 streamlines workflows and reduces paper usage. Its 4.3-inch colour touchscreen provides an intuitive way to navigate menus, while Wi-Fi Direct and Ethernet allow flexible printing from computers, smartphones and tablets.
A generous 500-sheet total paper capacity (two trays) means fewer interruptions, and the 50-page Automatic Document Feeder supports duplex tasks to improve efficiency.
Using four individual inks, this model allows you to replace only the colour that runs out. High-yield 812XL cartridges are available for those who print frequently and want lower running costs.

Printer Purchase Information (Important)
Printer warranties are provided directly by the printer manufacturer, not Inkjet Online. For warranty, technical support or troubleshooting enquiries, customers may be required to contact the manufacturer’s support service, as the manufacturer is best placed to diagnose printer faults and provide warranty assistance.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for printers. Once a printer has been opened, powered on or had ink, toner or other consumables installed, it is non-returnable for change-of-mind purposes. Customers should carefully check the printer’s specifications, features, dimensions, connectivity and operating system compatibility before purchasing to ensure the model is suitable for their requirements.
USB Cable Information
USB printer cables are not supplied unless specifically stated in the product contents. If you intend to connect the printer directly to a computer by USB, a compatible USB cable may need to be purchased separately.
Please check the printer’s available connection types and your computer or device before purchasing a cable, as USB connection requirements can vary between printer models.
Bulky Item Delivery
Printers are bulky items and are not eligible for free delivery. Additional freight charges apply and are calculated according to the printer, delivery location and available freight service.
Printers may be transported by road freight rather than air freight, depending on the model, destination and carrier. Road freight can take longer than standard delivery services, particularly for interstate and regional deliveries, so please allow additional transit time when ordering a printer. We ship from warehouses located in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. Orders are dispatched quickly from the nearest warehouse for fast delivery across Australia.
Janet –
Have to say I was surprised at this machine. I have always been a fan of Canon and recently one of my machines bit the dust. Years ago had an Epson and didn’t like the machine at all. Was looking for a new Canon replacement and nothing was available with the features I needed so I decided on the Epson WF4835. I have to say Epson have stepped up their game. This machine is well worth a look if you need a printer that does it all at a reasonable cost. This machine is packed full of features and it was so quick to set up, 15 minutes and I’m up and running. Another great feature is the maintenance tank. If you’re not aware, with Canon printers there is an ink pad that needs replacement after a certain amount of prints. Which means service or reset if you’re lucky enough to find how. The WF4835 allows you to replace the maintenance tank which means you’re up and running again with a quick change out, no service and extra cost and hassle. If you’re interested, have a read of my article posted in our blog. I just may be an Epson convert, maybe 🙂
