The Jackson RAC1200 is a 2RU 19-inch rack mount Power Distribution Unit (PDU) designed to provide centralised mains power for multiple pieces of rack-mounted and associated equipment.

Twelve three-pin Australian mains outlets provide substantial connection capacity for servers, network switches, routers, communications equipment and other compatible devices.

Built-in surge protection uses a Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) with an energy absorption rating of 525 Joules and a response time of less than 20 nanoseconds. Integrated EMI and RFI filtering provides additional filtration protection against electromagnetic and radio frequency interference.

The unit also incorporates overload protection, along with dedicated power-on and earthed indicators for convenient status checking.

An IEC socket power inlet and included 1.8 metre IEC power cord provide a practical connection arrangement for rack installations.
