If you elect to return an item from which you earned Inkjet Online reward points, the amount of Inkjet Online reward points earned from the returned item will be deducted from your balance once your return has been processed and completed.
Inkjet Online reserves the right to change or end this rewards program at any time. Inkjet Online Reward Points have no cash value other than on inkjetonline.com.au and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit to a credit card. Any Inkjet Online reward points earned prior to termination of this program will be honoured according to the terms and conditions of the program. Inkjet Online Reward Points are not transferable and expires after one year. Delivery charges do not count towards Inkjet Online Reward Points calculation totals. Inkjet Online Reward Points may not be earned or redeemed in conjunction with price matched orders or discounts. Customers must be logged into their Inkjetonline.com.au account for the benefits to take effect. Due to manufacturer restrictions, some brands of products may be excluded from the Inkjet Online Rewards program.
